The hotel offers newly renovated rooms which are worth the price, clean, and friendly. However, there is too much noise coming from the hall and other rooms, and a mildew smell lingers.

The hotel had perfect rooms, clean, quiet, and comfy. However, the peace was disrupted by loud kids running around starting early in the morning. Overall, everything was available for purchase, making it convenient.
The hotel has large rooms where we stayed comfortably as 4 adults to a twin queen bed room, and it's conveniently located near various food places and bars. However, some rooms can be noisy due to constant housekeeping activity. Overall, a decent stay.
My stay at the hotel was fantastic! The room I stayed in was beautiful, featuring a microwave and it was as clean and spacious as a resort room. Additionally, I enjoyed a nice view of Volcano Bay park. The service from the Holiday Inn staff was okay overall, with the receptionist standing out as exceptionally helpful. The location, despite some noise disturbances from the stairwell and neighboring rooms, was quite close to Universal Studios and convenient for accessing Disney World. In terms of dining, the food provided was great quality, offering a variety for breakfast and fruits, although the spread could have been better. Overall, the facilities were good, and the price for the experience was considered reasonable.
